Gunhild Hoogensen Gjørv is a Professor in Security Studies at UiT The Arctic University of Norway.
This project presents a fantastic opportunity to merge and strengthen synergies across Arctic universities and related institutions, enhancing and promoting expertise in understanding trust and resilience in the face of hybrid threats, particularly cyber threats directed at infrastructure, and disinformation campaigns.
The Civilian Effect
Gunhild Hoogensen Gjørvs project combines three innovative foci – hybrid threats in the Arctic, civilian roles in hybrid threats, and a gendered and intersectional approach to understanding the civilian domain in hybrid threats.
